Launching our Repair Scheme

Posted by Mariavittoria Scala on

Big part of what we do is keeping waste out of landfill through up-cycling, but we wanted to go a step further and provide you with a repair scheme so that your product can last even longer.

To do that, we have partnered with Remade With Hope, an innovative social enterprise that uses the millions of tonnes of unwanted clothing High Street retailers currently throw away to provide prisoners with training and employment opportunities that benefit them and society.

CLOSING THE LOOP
Our aim is to fully embrace the circular economy model of production and consumption, which involves sharing, leasing, reusing, repairing, refurbishing and recycling existing materials and products as long as possible.
That is why, in addition to the repair scheme, we'll collaborate with Remade with Hope to provide an end of life solution for your products. Remade with Hope will reuse all the materials that can be reused and sustainably dispose of the rest.
So how it all works?!

Contact usSend us a picture of your repair and we'll pass it on to Remade with Hope so we can confirm to you that the repair can be made. (Please note that this service is only available in the UK)

Pay for your repair: If the work can be done, all you need to do is pay for your repair by checking out like you would do for any other product. The cost is £10 and the shipping to and from Remade with Hope is included.

Send it: We will send you a shipping label that you can use to send the item to Remade with Hope. You will need to insert inside your order confirmation so that they will know that is coming from you.

Wait for your repair: Working with prisoners presents lots of challenges, so please be patient while your repair is made. Once is done, Remade with Hope will send your item back ready to be used again!
